So Much for Job Security...
Below is a link to the Takashima Laboratory at Hosei University in Japan. These people have constructed various computerized instrument-playing robots. I have to admit, it did give me an idea for my thesis proposal. I can see it now...

This is quite an interesting group, which seems to take the “barber-shop quartet meets brass choir” approach.
